And so it continues! RHCP.com are sending out an email saying:

Red Hot Chili Peppers are excited to announce that their new album will hit stores on August 30, 2011!! The new album is produced by Rick Rubin and is titled I’m With You.

Not sure why they all seem to be hiding/ in monster poses with Josh is lying on the floor (maybe it’s an initiation ritual? lol) but there’s the first official photo of the new line up of Anthony Kiedis, Chad Smith, Flea and introducing (OK re-introducing given he toured with them in 2007, was on stage at the MusiCares gig, has been recording with them….) Mr. Josh Klinghoffer!
