Star Writes Love Letter In Own Blood

Fiona Apple has spurned Marilyn Manson and Red Hot Chilli Peppers’ guitarist Dave Navarro, who have both attempted to seduce her in the last few months. Manson romanced the singer last year by sending a dozen red roses to her dressing room at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire, London. But his technique pales alongside Navarro’s, who wrote his dressing room message to Apple in his own blood. The Chili Pepper inked “Fiona have fun, love DN” at the Los Angeles radio station K-ROQ before Christmas. According to Navarro, “I wanted to leave her a message which came from my heart, literally: Apple, however, is still with her boyfriend, American street magician – and Navarro-lookalike – David Blaine.
