Chad Smith joined in with a temporary ‘supergroup’ on 23rd October (?) made up of RHCP’s own drummer, Beck, Chris Martin, Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band keyboardist Roy Bittan, the Wallflowers’ Jakob Dylan, and Goldfrapp’s Davide Rossi at a fundraiser for the Malibu Boys And Girls Club. The set list included Pink Floyd’s “Comfortably Numb,” Beck’s “Where It’s At,” Bruce Springsteen’s “My Hometown,” Twenty One Pilots’ “House Of Gold” and the Beach Boys “Surfin’ USA.”
