Flea Finishes the Catalina Half Marathon

You can donate to Flea’s charity fundraiser; he’s running in the L.A. Honda marathon in order to raise funds for the Silverlake Conservatory of Music (full details about his run in Funkadelic Flea Fortnight) if you are able to but  THERE ARE ONLY A FEW HOURS LEFT so please don’t delay!

If you want to find out more about Flea’s marathon running, a new information page has been set up with information, photo & a video of Flea discussing his training, running career, etc. (BTW Photos from today’s Honda L.A. marathon run will be added to the page when any are released to keep it fully updated).

Good luck Flea!

P.S. For the John Frusciante fans amongst you, please check out the amazing signed photo of Mr. Frusciante that has just been posted on the forum!

About Squitherwitch

I've been a RHCP fan ever since I heard Under The Bridge way back in the mists of time. I brought BSSM and then their other albums but RHCP were just another band I listened to (I was a massive GNR fan at the time) but that changed once I heard Californication! I've been involved with the online RHCP scene since 2006, getting more heavily involved as time passed, and eventually the time was right to set up my own website dedicated to the band and thus, TheChiliSource was born. Since then I've also set up AnthonyKiedis.net along with various Twitter, Facebook & Tumblr pages connected to my websites and RHCP.

  2. I don’t know about Dodger Stadium but it’s raining cats and dogs here in the valley.

    • I read about the rain; it seemed to be the main topic of conversation on every LA Marathon post! It lookesd awful on the photos, too! I take it you were out watching then? Did you get any photos by any chance?!!

      • No, I had to work a double shift at work, it rained all night long and it was COLD! A lot of runners were saying they only got cold when they stopped to chat.
