Please note: Not every page has been copied in its entirity e.g. one page over a join had a photo of the band in the middle and the rest of the page was black so I just scanned the centre and one of the double page crowd shots was just done as a single scan.

Some of the original pages are blurred and have parts missing e.g. AK’s head… it’s not a result of incompetent scanning!

Other than the title on the front page there is no writing (inc. copyright/publisher) in the whole booklet.
